How is my child's price calculated?
At enrollment we look at the route and distance, the vehicle class, the terrain and your schedule (round trip or one-way) to set a fair per-ride credit cost for your child.
Why isn't pricing a fixed tier?
Every route is different. Pricing your child's actual ride is fairer than forcing everyone into the same tier.
What if my balance runs low?
We warn you in advance. If there aren't enough credits for the next ride, it's paused until you top up — so there are never surprise charges.
Is there a discount for siblings?
Yes — enrolling more than one child earns a discount, and you can earn referral credits too.
